Peran Academic Buoyancy dalam Mengatasi Masalah Akademik Mahasiswa

Abstract


Pentingnya academic bouyancy dalam dunia akademik di perguruan tinggi merupakan modal psikologis bagi mahasiswa untuk dapat menghadapi tantangan dan rintangan akademik sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peranan academic bouyancy dalam menghadapi tantangan, hambatan serta kesulitan akademik sehari-hari yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sistematis literatur review. Artikel yang direview berkisar tahun 2019-2024 yang ditelusuri melalui database google scholar dengan menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan kriteria inklusi. Berdasarkan 12 artikel penelitian yang ditinjau diketahui bahwa academic bouyancy berperan dalam keterhubungan dengan kecerdasan emosi, efikasi diri, engagement mahasiswa, academic self-concept, dan esteem support, prestasi akademik, motivasi akademik, strategi coping, dukungan sosial, penyesuaian diri, self regulated learning, school well-being, dan motivational support Temuan penelitian ini berfokus pada mahasiswa, sehingga dapat dibedakan dengan systematic literature review lainnya yang belum membahas academic buoyancy terkhusus pada mahasiswa. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan  dalam memberikan pemahamanan yang berkaitan dengan peran academic buoyancy serta memberikan informasi dalam perkembangan keilmuan psikologi pendidikan dalam mengatasi permasalahan akademik mahasiswa
