Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Kimia
Abstract
Keterampilan berpikir kritis/ Critical Thinking (CT) adalah salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai siswa dalam pembelajaran abad 21. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pendidik untuk meningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari pesatnya perkembangan penelitian terkait topik ini dalam dua dekade terakhir. Untuk menemukan trend dan isu penelitian yang berkaitan dengan upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran kimia, perlu dilakukan suatu tinjauan sistematis melalui studi literature. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana trend riset terkait upaya meningkatkan CT siswa dalam pembelajaran kimia. Metode penelitian ini adalah systematic review artikel yang dipublikasikan pada jurnal-jurnal bereputasi terindeks scopus Q1-Q4 dalam 10 tahun terakhir (2011-2021). Penelusuran artikel dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan google engine seperti ERIC, Springer dan Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci “critical thinking skill, chemistry learning, dan learning model†dan diperoleh 28 artikel yang sesuai dengan topik yang dipelajari. Setelah menganalisis artikel tersebut, penulis mengelompokkan artikel kedalam 4 tema yaitu model pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran dan Media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan dalam meningkatkan CT siswa, serta bagaimana penilaian CT yang telah dilakukan peneliti terdahulu. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemetaan riset menggunakan aplikasi Zotero, Publish or Perish 7 dan VosViewer. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena CT ini akan tetap menjadi topik penelitian yang sering dibahas untuk beberapa tahun mendatang.
