Pegawai Wanita dalam Pusaran Kepemimpinan, Stres dan Turnover Kerja

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap turnover kerja dan untuk menyelidiki efek mediasi stress kerja pada populasi pegawai wanita salah satu industri sepatu di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling terhadap 114 sampel pegawai wanita. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap stress kerja dan turnover kerja pegawai wanita. Sedangkan stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover kerja. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan turnover kerja secara signifikan dimediasi parsial oleh stress kerja, artinya kepemimpinan transformasional menurunkan stress kerja dan mengurangi turnover kerja. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan pegawai wanita dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0
