Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Digital dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas Rendah di Sekolah Dasar
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut sekolah dasar untuk menghadirkan pembelajaran yang mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa secara efektif dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media pembelajaran digital dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Celah penelitian terletak pada masih terbatasnya kajian yang secara mendalam mengungkap pengalaman guru kelas rendah dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital pada konteks sekolah dasar berbasis lokal, sehingga penelitian ini memiliki keunikan pada fokus perspektif guru dan konteks implementasi nyata di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek tiga guru kelas rendah di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Kronggahan, Sleman, melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran digital berupa video animasi, aplikasi interaktif, dan platform gamifikasi mampu meningkatkan perhatian, antusiasme, dan partisipasi aktif siswa selama pembelajaran. Media digital juga membantu guru menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan kondusif, khususnya bagi siswa kelas rendah. Namun demikian, penerapan media digital masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sarana dan waktu persiapan perangkat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran digital berpotensi meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar apabila didukung oleh perencanaan pembelajaran yang matang, kompetensi guru, dan ketersediaan sarana pendukung yang memadai
