Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran PMRI terhadap Kemampuan Computational thinking pada Materi Bangun Ruang di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Kemampuan Computational thinking merupakan aspek penting dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan trend abad 21 dan perkembangan teknologi yang kian pesat. Sehingga diperlukan pembelajaran yang membiasakan peserta didik belajar secara langsung terutama pada anak sekolah dasar dengan benda konkret. Hal tersebut yang mendasari penelitian ini dikaji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui ada atau tidak ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran PMRI terhadap Kemampuan Computational thinking pada Materi Bangun Ruang Peserta Didik Kelas V SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian True Experimental Design dengan design penelitian PostTest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 57 Palembang sebanyak 79 peserta didik. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 peserta didik, terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelas kontrol sebanyak 25 peserta didik dan kelas eksperimen 27 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kemampuan Computational thinking dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Independent Sample T-Test dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran PMRI terhadap Kemampuan Computational thinking Peserta Didik Kelas V SDN 57 Palembang.
